The indictment of former managers charged that from 2005 to the end of 2007, abusing position and gross violation of powers of management and disposal of CKB Bank, approved loans and guarantees given to enterprises without any collateral to repay a loan and given guarantees. The former managers are accused of abuse of power, and are charged with approved loans without coverage, which damaged the OTP Bank, owner of CKB, from 6.92 millions of euros.
